SIAR 2023 solidifies Mexico as a significant destination for the most opulent watchmaking.
The Salon International Alta Relojería México (SIAR) concluded its 17th edition with successful attendance and the launch of new watch novelties. A cordial atmosphere that gathers the leaders of the watchmaking industry who have witnessed the consolidation of the watch market in Mexico year after year.
Three exhilarating days during which collectors, jewelers, and prestigious watch brands celebrated their shared passion for special timepieces that can only be seen at SIAR.
This edition further confirms a greater influx of young enthusiasts of timepieces. Three days of pure haute horlogerie that demonstrate the watch sector’s robust health despite global uncertainties.

275 mediaSIAR closes its 16th edition amid great optimism across the watch industry and prepares to take the next step towards its evolution.SIAR reflects the industry’s growth over the previous two years, with Swiss watch exports reaching record highs in 2021 and 2022.
New launches made their international debut during SIAR 2022. Jaeger-LeCoultre, one of Switzerland’s most prestigious manufacturers, presented the Reverso Tribute Duoface Calendar. Other notable launches worldwide include De Bethune DB Kind of Two Jumping GMT; Laurent Ferrier Grand Sport Tourbillon Golden Brown; Manufacture Royale 1770 Royal Bridges flying tourbillon; and Speake Marin Openworked Tourbillon.
Several watches were specially designed for our market: Big Bang E Mexico Edition and Epic X Chrono “Never Surrender”, Arnold & Son Ultrathin Tourbillon Icons of Mexico, Purnell Escape Skull Cactus Green. Limited editions included Bulgari Octo Striking Tourbillon Mexico Edition, Chopard L.U.C Skull One Calavera Pop Art, Konstantin Chaykin Wristmons Calavera, Le Rhöne Hedönia Chaac, Le Régulateur Louis Erard xAlain Silberstein x Jumboon, Louis Moinet Maya Eclipse, Perrelet Turbine Mexico, Reservoir Hydrosphere Bronze Cenote, and Seven Friday El Charro.
